Rather than spending enormous amounts on advertising, we offer special quantity discounts in order to encourage YOU to help us offer the lowest possible prices on GRAMCORD FOR WINDOWS bundle. (We'd rather let you do the advertising and pocket the difference. As much as 3/4 of the price of commercially published software goes to advertising expenses and reseller margins. Help us to "cut out" the middle man. That's why we deal directly with the public.) While most groups are organized in a common geographical area, a group of two or more can be ANYONE with whom you wish to organize. Our group orders have come from everyone from a Bible College class to alumni associations to denominational groups to old-friends-from-my-seminary-days to retirement home Bible studies. What you should know when submitting a GRAMCORD FOR WINDOWS group order 1) We recommend group organizers contact The GRAMCORD Institute in advance for any special instructions or current bonus offers. We can provide exact price quotations on special orders and quantities. 2) Unless a special exception has been made, we must have the name of each user/owner of each individual bundle. This allows us to set up a registration record and provide technical support for each licensee. (In some international situations, the United Bible Society affiliate for your country may REQUIRE such advance registration information before we can ship directly into their host country.) Each member of the group will be issued an individual invoice showing the exact cost of their bundle and the associated shipping/handling charge. 3) Within the U.S., shipping/handling is $8 per bundle when all orders in the group are shipped to one address. Any bundles shipped to SEPARATE individual addresses are invoiced at $10 s/h per bundle. Shipping/handling on international shipments are assessed at the time of order. Customs rules in some countries may require special arrangements and division of shipments to comply with regulations and to enjoy special customs exemptions associated with the delivery of educational materials. We encourage telephone or email discussion of shipping arrangements to international addresses. 4) Each individual member of a group order may select differing and additional modules. 5) Heavily discounted group orders may not qualify for double discounts or some bonus offers. Please request a final price quotation before submission of checks or final purchase orders. 6) Latecomers within 30 days of the original order qualify for the same price as the original group under our "straggler's" discount program. However, these later orders do NOT retroactively lower the group price by exceeding a quantity discount price point. Nevertheless, if a significant number of later orders accrue, The GRAMCORD Institute sometimes grants additional bonus modules to the group OR special discounts on institutional site licenses to the host institution. 7) As this website expands, we plan to offer downloadable handouts to assist you in organizing your group order 8) Accordance/GRAMCORD FOR WINDOWS and GRAMCORD Lite (for Palm & WindowsCE/Pocket PC) group orders are subject to special rules do to our cooperative contracts with our publishing partners and authors.
